Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DittoLiving website and the purchase of gifts and related products offered through it. By placing an order you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We operate guest checkout. You do not need an account. Your order number (and the email / phone you provide) is how you track and manage the order. Keep your order number private.

Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable display formatting. Product availability and stock are confirmed when you pay. We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is unavailable, payment fails, or we suspect fraud or misuse.

Gift set contents are fixed as shown on the product page. Personalisation text and gift messages must be lawful and appropriate; we may omit or edit content that is abusive or illegal.

Payment is processed by our active payment partner (for example Paystack or Credo). Card and bank details are entered on their secure pages — we do not store full card numbers. An order is confirmed for fulfilment after we receive successful payment confirmation.

You choose delivery (by state / area with a stated fee) or pickup where enabled. Delivery addresses must be accurate. For gifts, you provide the recipient’s name, phone, and address; we use those details only to fulfil the order.

We aim to process orders promptly after payment. Specific arrival dates are not guaranteed unless we expressly confirm them. Risk of loss for delivered items passes on delivery to the address you supplied (or on pickup handoff).

Returns follow our Returns & Refunds Policy. In short: request via Track order within 7 days of completion where possible; we review case by case; approved refunds are paid out through our payment provider or bank after the decision is recorded.

You agree not to misuse the site (including scraping, attacking, or placing orders with stolen payment details). We may suspend access or cancel orders that violate these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, DittoLiving is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays outside our control, incorrect addresses you supplied, or payment-provider outages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes should first be raised with us using the contact details on this site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms for new orders.
